lulu and i went to the park at rittenhouse square to eat lunch. i ate, she had already eaten, but mom said she could go with me. just before we left, i noticed a young man walking his puppy down the sidewalk toward us. before he could come within ten feet, however, he realized that the dog had started excreting on the sidewalk, and he dragged the animal over to the grass. a policeman walked by not 5 seconds later.
