"On the way to Cape May..."

We are! I'm getting really excited. It feels like we're not leaving, but it's actually going to happen! Last night I cleaned out LaToya, and I've (sort of) started packing, and I cannot wait to get in the car and pick up Macrina and Christina. Macrina and I have made mix CDs, and the open road (following my parents) awaits the three of us as we journey to one of my favorite places on Earth. I cannot wait to show Christina (she's never been there).

So we'll be gone for a week. No internet, no Facebook, Blog, or email. Just the beach, sun, shopping, and friends. I couldn't ask for more, except maybe that Kalila could come, and the weirdness dissappears and everything is happy and feels normal and new. Maybe it will.
