i am feeling the strong urge to post

but i am at work and haven't, the past few days, been able to motivate myself to make any updates here. i've been accomplishing a lot, at the office and at home, but i'm very tired. i feel a random annecdote is required. i believe a small, note, however, is also required before i continue or any reader reads on: the following is true, and i simply repeat what occurred and do not mean any offense to anyone. normally i would not put a disclaimer on my writing, but as the internet is a tricky place and i don't know who might read this i feel it necessary to just put it out there.

last night brett, the senior from fall semester last year, accidentally texted me and we started talking. catching up. he said he was filming in nyc (he'd been a film major). i was surprised that he'd gotten into the business so quickly. he said, "Porn's easier. Shocked?"

i can honestly say i'm not. if someone had told me that one day he would be both filming and acting in pornographic films, i would have been able to see it. he's such a weird guy, but very interesting and smart (he was also a geology major - not that people who are only film majors aren't smart), and i'm glad i know him. he's one my life's many sources of entertainment (no pun intended). when he told me he was doing porn i died of silent laughter! it just tickles me for some reason. i can totally picture it. needless to say we had a lengthy conversation about the size of his dick (initiated by him) but i ended it because i really needed to go to sleep. a truly amusing conversation, and not the least bit offensive to me, but slightly tiresome in that it was clear that he has become rather more "impressive" since my last "physical" encounter with him, and really wanted to talk about himself. but good for you, brett, really. good for you.
